Special Rule for Regulated Corporations: “Regulated” corporations are prohibited from contributing to offices regulating them. This prohibition covers contributions by affiliates and PACs of a regulated corporation. 

PAC: Limited to $7,600 per election per statewide candidate ($4,500 for runoff elections). Contributions from affiliated PACs, and a PAC and its connected corporation, are aggregated. Contributions to party committees and PACs are unlimited. 

Contributions are not tax deductible for income tax purposes.
